I recognized the voice of the guy on the Chevy Cruz commercials, but I didn’t know his name. My wife and I loved “Numb3rs”, and I knew that the voice belonged to Colby, one of the FBI agents.
Now I know that the actor’s name is Dylan Bruno.

Just started seeing Marie Callender’s commercials with that busy guy, Tim Allen. His voice sounds slightly different in these–I heard it a couple of times before I realized it was him.
EDIT August 2016:
Many people seem to disagree with this post, believing instead that George Clooney is the voice of Marie Callenders. A few brief Google searches turned up this site which lists Tim Allen as the voice of both Campbell’s soup and Marie Callender: https://www.ispot.tv/topic/actor-actress/Lb/tim-allen
But then, they say you can’t believe everything you read on the internet… : )
Those new Old Navy ads in the “factory” annoyed me the first few times I saw them. Then I thought, “I know that voice!” The narrator voice in those commercials is Fred Willard.
He may be less known to younger people, other than voicing some animated shows, but you’ve probably seen him or heard his voice.
This is an easy one. Probably most people hear a Campbell Soup commercial and think, “That’s Tim Allen’s voice!” It got so bad when these ads first came out that I would say, “Hi Tim!” every time one of these ads came on.
Tim must be making good money with voiceovers, I hear him everywhere.
I’ve been cursed, I guess, that I can’t listen to a TV commercial without trying to figure out what celebrity is doing the voiceover. I drive my family crazy, saying, “Wait, whose voice is that??”
So I thought I’d start a blog to chronicle my discoveries, and perhaps find others who are interested in the topic.
So, maybe you’ll find your way here to help you identify a voice, or maybe you can help me out. Thanks for visiting!
